Bella is a Scripted Development Executive, Story Producer and former Commissioning Executive from Australia now based in Paris, France.

Throughout her career Bella has navigated nearly every stage of the scripted pipeline; from initial pitch and development, to on-set production, post-production and release strategy.

Bella’s perspective is informed by her time as both a Commissioning Executive for a major Australian Network/Streamer, as well as a Development Executive for a leading Australian Production Company. She has seen hundreds and hundreds of pitches, read as many scripts, and been editorially involved in multiple award-winning Australian titles.

Some of her credits include BAFTA nominated Colin from Accounts (CBS/Easy Tiger), SXSW TV Spotlight Winner Mix Tape (Aquarius/Subotica), Run (Warner Bro’s Australia), The Last Anniversary (Made Up Stories/Blossom Films), Territory (Netflix), and the Sam Neill-led crime drama The Twelve (Easy Tiger/Warner Bro’s Australia). 

Bella’s passion lies in working collaboratively with writers, directors and producers to deepen character, refine tone and interrogate structure & plot - all while ensuring a project retains its originality, texture and edge.

With conversational French, and EU + UK passports, Bella is now working across Europe on scripted film and television projects.
