Paris, France / Sydney, Australia
Isabella is an Australian-born script consultant, creative producer, and former commissioning executive currently based in Paris. With conversational French and an EU passport, she is now working across Australia & Europe on scripted film and television projects.
Across her career, Bella has worked nearly every stage of the scripted pipeline - from pitching and development, through to on-set production, post-production, and release strategy. She’s worked on shows including Colin from Accounts (CBS/Easy Tiger), Run (Warner Brother’s Australia), The Last Anniversary (Made Up Stories & Blossom Films), Territory (Netflix), The Twelve (Foxtel) with Sam Neill and many more.
Her expertise lies in supporting writers, directors, producers, and creatives in refining story and readying scripted projects for pitching, funding, production, and audience impact. Her insights are informed by having experience both Production Company side and Commissioner side.

Until mid 2025 Bella was the Scripted Development Executive at Australia’s premiere network, Foxtel, and its streaming platform, BINGE, where she worked closely with the Director of Scripted Originals to develop their slate of original drama projects. As a key point of contact for incoming scripted pitches, she developed a strong understanding of what makes a project both creatively distinctive and commercially viable.
Before Foxtel, Bella was the Development Executive at acclaimed Australian production company Easy Tiger, collaborating closely with writers to shape projects from early development through to pitch and market readiness. Before that, she worked various roles: from notetaker in writers’ rooms, to production co-ordinator on sets, a junior producer at a creative agency and even producing an award nominated Sydney Fringe Festival queer retelling of Romeo & Julie(n) in 2019.
Having always had a knack for balancing creative instinct with commercial awareness, Bella holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Photography) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney.

Early on, a mentor once described the role of development producer as a ‘story doula’, and it’s an image that stuck. Bella works collaboratively with creatives to help projects reach their strongest and most resonant form - interrogating structure, deepening character, refining tone and theme, and ensuring stories maintain their originality, texture and edge, as it’s birthed into the world.
Bella is particularly drawn to emotionally textured, character-led storytelling that balances intimacy, tension, and narrative clarity.
